OUR PROGRAMS
FORTS Adopt A Smile relies heavily on in-kind donations and gifts.
Whether you can contribute $10 or $5000, your contribution to FORTS makes a real difference. Regardless of the amount, FORTS devotes all contributions toward providing quality dental care for Women in need.
- $10 you can help purchase 5 toothbrushes
- $25 you can provide oral hygiene preventive counseling and an oral hygiene care bag
- $50 you can pay for a child’s exam, x-rays, cleaning, and fluoride treatment
- $100 you will be providing a new patient exam, x-rays, a cleaning with preventive counseling, a fluoride treatment, and 4 preventive sealants
- $500 you could help a child who needs 4 composite fillings and 1 root canal and crown
Most charitable donations are tax deductible. FORTS encourages donors and supporters to consult a tax professional to learn more about the tax advantages of donations, planned gifts, and in-kind donations.

Adopt a Smile for FORTS gives both individuals and businesses the ability to make a difference for Women in need by directly supporting dental treatment for families who would otherwise be financially burdened by the cost, or unable to afford it.
This program allows a customized monthly gift to fit any budget through automatic reoccurring monthly bank account deductions.
GROOMING WITH A PURPOSE
For the last 5 years we have partnered with other organizations that feed the homeless by bringing our tools to groom both men and women that are either homeless or less fortunate. Proper grooming and professional appearance are important to gain not just positive impression but also respect in the workplace. First impressions matter and the way you look and carry yourself create impact on people you get along with in the work setting.
mOMMY & ME PURPOSE
This is our audio, visual program to help our victims and teen moms. It is important to make certain that the individuals we serve are educated on the overall oral health as it contributes to various diseases and conditions. Taking good care of your mouth, teeth and gums is a worthy goal in and of itself. Good oral and dental hygiene can help prevent bad breath, tooth decay and gum disease—and can help you keep your teeth as you get older. ... Understand the importance of oral health — and its connection to your overall health.
pURGING WITH A PURPOSE
In this program we have partnered with Modesty Resale Boutique of Mckinney Texas, cleaning/purging closets. Every garment sold brings in revenue for Find One Reason To Smile and other non-profit organizations.
